Thank you for your interest in the North Corktown Neighborhood Association Small Home Repair Program. This application will help provide small home repairs to residents in the North Corktown Neighborhood.

Qualifications for this application:

Applicants must reside in a home in the North Corktown neighborhood. Residents must have permission to make changes to the home. This requirement can be satisfied by providing proof of home ownership (deed or land contract), or if renting, the lease and a letter from the landlord of the home.
